Yes, lunch along with tea, coffee and snacks is included in the course fee. We also cover any parking costs (apart from in Central London).

Held at venues throughout the UK, our open course costs include tea and coffee, lunch, tea, coffee and refreshments throughout the course, and parking (where available).
Every delegate will also be provided with loan copies of the latest versions of the relevant technical dangerous goods regulation manuals.

Do you provide lunch?
I have specialist dietary requirements – what should I do?
Please do let us know when you book the course, and we can advise the venue in order to accommodate your needs. There are usually vegan and vegetarian options available.
When will the course start?
Our classroom courses run from 9am – 5pm. Please aim to arrive before 9am to ensure we can start promptly.
Is there anything I should do before the course?
There are no pre-study requirements before any of our courses, but it is a good idea to go through your objectives with your manager.
Do I need to bring any manuals?
You are welcome to bring your own, but we do provide a loan copy of every technical manual required for the course to each delegate.
